Small Group Training for Mums
These sessions are designed for mums (with or without babies and toddlers) who want to reconnect with their bodies — not by pushing harder, but by moving with care, breath, and intention.
A space to build strength, confidence, and community — one step at a time.

You’re welcome to bring a little one (babies and toddlers) to the class. They will be our collective responsibility but ultimately under your care during the session.

Yes. We are welcoming of all women with children. While we’re together they will be our collective responsibility but ultimately under your care during the session. Toddlers and older kids are very welcome also and will be encouraged to join in!

Yes. Part of my specialism as a personal trainer (PT) is working with people with a wide variety of needs and specific approaches. I will tailor all exercises to be appropriate and adaptable for you, and for this group. This is partly why it’s fun working out with similar people. You can all do the same things that are good for your body at this time.

Personal Trainer! I am fully certified and insured to work with groups as a personal trainer. Alongside this I bring my background in psychological coaching, embodiment practices, and trauma informed methods that mean we work slowly, thoroughly, and with a grounded approach suitable for you and your needs.
